The most daunting part of ordering is trying to speed read the type script on the menus in candlelight while the waiter or waitress hovers over you asking you want you would like to order. Best advice, outsource to a friend.. oh and scan for your preferred liquor.

Sometimes it ends up being luck of the draw. We lucked out when ordering these two.. my friend had been to this little spot before. She recommended something with vodka, however, (after having no good experience with the #hardliquor in college), I tend to shy away. My preferred liquor is #gin, clean and strong I find it doesn't weigh down the drink as some other #spiced rums do. The lightweight nature of gin allows me to pair it with equally #refreshing mixers such as lemon, lime and other light citrus which is exactly what my pallet required to accompany my ahi tuna tacos on this particular #night.

That's #genuine and that's what I'm #eating.
